Vino Vaqueros has been Santa Ynez's original wine-country horseback operator since 2009 — private 75-minute rides through Demetria Estate's vineyard trails on the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail, max 10 riders per group. The bridesmaids ride at golden hour, then taste two Demetria varietals straight from the barrel back at the rustic ranch barn. Day two is a tasting at Sanford Winery (the Sideways location), a long lunch at Bell's in Los Alamos, and a soak at the Skyview Los Alamos pool. Decompression: morning pastries at Bob's Well Bread before the SBA airport.
