Sedona, Arizona — Mii Amo Vortex Immersion & Sound Ritual Retreat

Destination: Mii Amo at Enchantment Resort, Sedona, ArizonaNights: 3Group: 612Season: March, April, October, NovemberEstimated: $4,200–$6,800 per person

Three days at Mii Amo, Enchantment's sanctuary spa carved into red-rock canyons, where the ritual begins at dawn with a guided vortex hike to Cathedral Rock led by a Sedona geologist and energy practitioner—the kind of morning that rewires your nervous system. Afternoons dissolve into the spa's signature Khatat massage, sound baths in the canyon-view pavilion with Tibetan bowls and gongs, and a private cooking class with Chef James Beard–trained culinary director where you'll prepare a four-course dinner of Arizona-sourced ingredients. Evenings, a Native American flute musician performs in your private dining room overlooking Boynton Canyon, the red rocks glowing aubergine as the sun sets. This is the bachelorette as ceremony—deliberate, restorative, transformative.

Questions

What's the vortex hike really like?
Cathedral Rock is a 1.2-mile ascent with 360-degree views of Sedona's red-rock formations; your guide will explain the geological and energetic significance of the site. It's meditative, not strenuous, and best done at sunrise when the light turns the rocks crimson.
Can we customize the spa treatments?
Yes—Mii Amo's wellness concierge will design a bespoke itinerary based on your group's preferences, whether that's more sound baths, massage, or energy work. The spa buyout ensures privacy and full access to all facilities.
What should we pack?
Soft layers for temperature swings (desert mornings are cool), hiking shoes with grip, a swimsuit for the resort pools, and one elevated-casual outfit for the flute dinner. Sunscreen and a wide-brimmed hat are non-negotiable.
