The bridesmaids book the 90-minute Building & Cave guided tour (six-wine flight, charcuterie pairing boards) and a follow-up Caveside Luxury Picnic for 14. Day two is a Lake Michigan boat afternoon, a Bowers Harbor lunch on the porch, and dinner at The Cooks' House in town. Decompression: morning at the Inn at Bay Harbor pool before the drive to Cherry Capital.
