A 220-acre property between the Catskills and the Shawangunks: 12-room farmhouse plus 28 minimalist cedar cabins, two saltwater pools, a nine-hole golf course, and a barn with a steam room and sauna. The bridesmaids take a four-cabin block, the bride gets the Farmhouse Suite. Day one ends with private dinner for 14 in the Events Barn — wood-fired vegetables from the on-property garden, natural-wine pairings. Day two is a yoga class in the teepee at sunrise, an afternoon at the bigger saltwater pool, and an art class in the studio cabin. Decompression: cabin porches and coffee from the Farmhouse before the slow drive south.

Two hours by car via the NYS Thruway. Trailways bus to New Paltz + a 25-minute taxi works for groups without a driver.

Yes — the dining room books out for groups of up to 50, and the Events Barn handles bigger nights.

No formal spa — there's a steam room, sauna, and bathhouse. Massages are arranged through the front desk and brought to the cabin.
