Day two: Long Shadows Vintners (seven ultra-premium Columbia Valley wines, Chihuly blown-glass tasting room, $75 food-pairing experience Friday-Sunday) and Saviah Cellars (family-owned, sustainable, the small-production estate Pinots). Day three: Whitman College campus, downtown farmers market, the drive to Pasco (PSC) for the regional fly. Lunch in the Adelphi-style Marcus Whitman lounge before the airport.
