Two Bunch Palms is an adults-only desert wellness resort built around 600-year-old, lithium-rich mineral water — The Grotto carves into two soaking pools (104° and 99°) under a tree canopy that opens to the moonlight. The bridesmaids book the room block on the Grotto walk, do a sunset Watsu session, and sound-bath as a group in the meditation labyrinth. Day two is a private chef's lunch on the patio at Casino Adobe, a Palm Springs vintage-shopping run on Palm Canyon, and dinner at Workshop Kitchen + Bar. Decompression: an early-morning Grotto soak when the steam still rises off the pools.
