Sycamore Mineral Springs has been pulling 110°F mineral water out of the Avila Beach hillside for over a hundred years — every guest room has its own private mineral tub on the balcony, plus 23 hillside tubs nestled in the oaks if the bridesmaids want to soak together. The group books the Oasis Waterfall Lagoon (capacity 30) for a private hour, dinner at the Gardens of Avila restaurant, and a morning yoga session in the Secret Garden. Day two is an afternoon on Avila Beach and a tasting at Tolosa Winery in San Luis Obispo. Decompression: a final hillside-tub soak at sunrise before the SBP airport.
