Sedona Mii Amo + Vortex Wellness Weekend — Sedona, AZ

Mii Amo at Enchantment Resort runs an all-inclusive wellness program — adults-only, 16 casitas, three-night minimums. Daily breath-work, sound bath, intention-setting circles, and chef-prepared cuisine pulled from the on-site garden. The bridal party hikes Cathedral Rock at sunrise (the most photographed vortex in Sedona), books the spa for a group ritual, and dinners at Elote Cafe in town (chef Jeff Smedstad's smoked pork cheeks and mole). Day three is a quiet morning at L'Auberge de Sedona's creekside breakfast before the drive out. Phoenix (PHX) is 2 hours; Flagstaff (FLG) is 45 minutes for the smaller arrival.

What does Mii Amo all-inclusive cover?
Lodging, three meals, two daily spa treatments, all classes (yoga, meditation, sound bath, hiking), one private session per day. Gratuity and alcohol are the add-ons.
Best season?
September-November or March-May. Summer is 100°F+ and the trails close mid-day. December-February has cool desert mornings and quiet vortex sites.
Vortex hiking — does it actually do anything?
That's the bride's question to answer. Cathedral Rock is the iconic photo whether or not she feels the energy; the climb is moderate and the morning light is the reason to do it at sunrise.
