Sleep at the Crowne Pointe Inn (a P-town sea-captain mansion with an award-winning restaurant) or the Salt House Inn (a modern boutique B&B with a communal-table farm breakfast). Day one: dinner at The Mews on the P-town waterfront, a sunset walk down Commercial Street through the galleries. Day two: a Wellfleet Oyster Co. farm tour in the morning (working oyster beds, education, tasting flights), oysters at The Wicked Oyster, an afternoon at Race Point Beach. Day three: a Mediterranean dinner at Strangers & Saints, kayak Monomoy, and the slow drive back via the Sagamore Bridge to Boston (BOS, 2.5 hours).
