Day-two Sankaty Head Lighthouse + Sconset bike tour, Cisco Brewers (brewery + winery + distillery on one site, free shuttle from town). Day three: a brunch at Black-Eyed Susan's, the closing ferry ride back. Hyannis (HYA) ferry or the JetBlue puddle-jump from Boston (BOS).

Yes — outdoor venue with food trucks, live music summer evenings. Free shuttle every 30 min from 23 Federal Street downtown. The bridal party's casual afternoon stop.
Best month?
Mid-June through early September. Memorial Day-July 4 is shoulder + better availability. Late August holds peak energy with slightly cooler weather.
