The master distiller pulls a single-barrel selection for the bridesmaids; chef plates a four-course cellar supper on the lawn under the live-oak (Cosmic Cowboy in the glasses, smoked Hill Country quail, blackberry cobbler with bourbon ice cream). Sleep at The Albert Hotel in Fredericksburg — the cool-girl boutique inn the Texas Hill Country has needed for a decade. Day two: morning swim in the Pedernales at Hamilton Pool, lavender pickup at Becker Vineyards, long lunch at Otto's German Bistro. Decompression: Sunday morning courtyard at Hotel Saint Cecilia in Austin, oat-milk lattes and a slow drive to AUS.
