Day-one Noma alumni dinner at Geist or Kadeau (Noma itself closes 2024 but the alumni restaurants carry the new-Nordic tradition). Day-two Tivoli Gardens (1843, the second-oldest amusement park, the bridal party rides + dines), Reffen street food market. Day three: Nyhavn canal walk + The Apollo Bar afternoon. Noma — really closed?
Original Noma closed end of 2024. Alumni-led restaurants (Geist, Kadeau, Relæ, Amass, Schønnemann) carry the new-Nordic style. The bridal party gets the Noma DNA without the impossible reservation.
Tivoli late access?
Open daily April-September until midnight. Cover charge 145 DKK ($22). The bridal party that wants amusement-park rides + craft beer + Michelin food in one place wins here.
Best month?
May-September for outdoor seating + Tivoli + 18-hour daylight. Distortion festival (early June) is the bride's wild card if dates align.
